The Glamorganshire Canal

Lock No.16
This modern house stands at the side of the lock above the junction with the Aberdare Canal.
The stone structure, covered with the white plant, is one of the wing walls of the lock.
The Glamorganshire Canal went straight ahead through the lock while the Aberdare Canal branched off to the left, in front of the lock.
